Every soul counts as a person (even infants). Yes we do charge for infants, and infants do count towards the boat head count (USCG Regulations). So a party of 6 adults and an infant, is a party of 7 and cannot legally charter our 6 passenger boat. If you show up with more people than you reserved for, someone will may have to stay behind. If you decide not to go, our 24 hour cancellation policy will be enforced.
